Description
This was a female Cliff Swallow I helped to rehabilitate over the summer. She was transferred to someone more experienced with swallows fairly quickly, however, because swallows have a unique feeding situation that I couldn't provide. The poor girl had been knocked out of her nest and had her wing broken and eggs crushed by some teenage boys. She did make a full recovery and was able to be released, however.

I currently have one of these snoozing in a box on my bed. XD I'm going to try to find someone more capable to give him/her to tomorrow. Do you have any tips for caring for one of these guys? (Also, how can you tell if it's a male or a female?)
